      Hi iwant2fly,

The impacts of climate change will be wide-reaching and the methods and technologies for tackling it are very varied, however one thing is certain, the generation of children today learning in schools, are going to make up the majority of people who will make the decisions on what we do to avoid climate change, so I think it is very important children learn about all of these options, because I expect tehy’ll be making some of the big decisions!

      Hey iwant2fly,

Yes i definitely think educating young people about carbon capture and climate change will change peoples views. It is much harder to change the views of the older generation but if we can influence the younger generation, the people who will be making the decisions on renewable energy etc in 10/20 years time then hopefully we will have a society who is aware of and willing to prevent climate change.
