      Hi daralk

For working as a job I guess when I retire, which will be about 70/75 (I hope!), but I’ll never stop being a scientist, even when retired I’ll always be one, because that is the sort of person I am, I’ll always ask questions and seek out the answers which is all being a scientist really is!.

      hi daralk,

I’m 48 now so i think i’ll be a scientist until i retire … even then i’ll probably still annoy my mrs with sciency things and sciency quotes etc … so basically, i think i’ll always be a scientist

      Hi daralk,

I’m not sure I will ever completely stop being a scientist. Even when one day I retire (in about 40 or 50 years probably) I will probably always be thinking scientifically, reading sciencey books, watching science documentaries on TV. Really, being a scientists means being someone who always wants to find out more about the world, and I think that’s the kind of person I’ll always be.
