  A great question, I’d just advertise it as widely as I could (such as newspapers, local radio etc) and see how many people I can get to come. There are some organisations such as the Royal Meterological Society, The Royal Society and The Geological Society I could use to also spread the word. I’d also make use of social media, such as Twitter, hopefully contacts on there would spread the word also!
  
  Hopefully, my passion and the publics interest would generate the interest required and get me a big crowd!
