      Hi chloeey,
If I have children, I would be very happy indeed if they decided they wanted to become scientists. However, it’s important for people to do what they want for themselves, so if they wanted to do something else, I’d never put any pressure on them.

      Hi chloeey,

I hope one day to have children, but I really believe my children should be free to do whatever they want in life. I’d want them to try and experience as many subjects and sports and activities as they can, so they can find what they really enjoy.

Obviously, I’d be delighted if they decided they wanted to be scientists, but I am sure I’ll be proud of any kids I have in the future, whatever they do!

      hey chloeey,

I don’t have any children right now but in the future i would love to have some. I would be happy if they wanted to do the same thing as me as i think its a good job but if they aren’t interested in science then there is no point in them becoming a scientist! Everyone’s different and you just have to do what you enjoy.

      Hi chloeey,

i’d be happy if my son (he’s just turned 8) decides to follow in my footsteps as i think i have a good job and am happy to come to work … however, if he wanted to do something else then i’d be just as happy … and as long as it’s something he’s happy with.

At the moment all he wants to do is play football … and even more so now as he just got picked to play for the fife select team (a regional team) at his own age group … and has quite a few teams asking me if he would go and play for them … but he loves playing for the team he’s with now … they’re not the best team about but he loves playing with them and he regards all his team mates as good friends.
