      Hi cat24,

My advice would be to keep going. I had these thoughts last eyar when trhe model for my PhD wasn’t working and a friends company had a job for me, I was tempted to leave the PhD and give up on my research, but I knew I would regret it if I did, so I have kept battling and now my work is working and it is brilliant again and I am far happier than I would have been if I had walked away last year.

So, they just need to keeping plugging away and hope it comes off for them!

my advice would be DON’T … there’s been a few occassions in my life when i’ve wanted to give up on something, but i have some great friends and family who gave me advice and encouraged me to carry on … and i’m so so glad i listened to them … so hope you’re listening cat24 🙂
