      Hi esme,

      If I was king for the day, I would make myself king for the rest of days……

      I’d pass a law to ban the ‘stand by’ button on TV’s and other electical devices as often these devices are still operating at near full power while not being used. If we turned off the TV and other devices when they weren’t being used, we make a noticeable change to our energy use and therefore our carbon emissions and your families would all save money also!
