      Hi daniibrooks amd kiwicles,

I’ve always been curious about how things work and why they work. I think this was what inspired me to be a scientists, but I also enjoyed learning about it and doing it. I think it’s important to do things you enjoy!

I have always wondered why things are the way they are, especially in nature. I got my love of nature from my dad, he knows alot about plants and animals. I had a couple of really good chemistry teachers too when I was at secondary school!! They made science cool and fun which got me more interested. They really helped me to build my confidence in the subject too and so I decided to study it at A level.

      Hey guys,

I enjoyed what i was doing at university, and just continued learning about it after university. It was a very natural progression,i didn’t think ‘ I want to be a scientist when i grow up’ but the more i learnt about what being a scientist was the more i liked it.
